Project Details

Instacart is a tech enabled grocery delivery and pick up service that is expanding its operations into Toronto. To accommodate their success and rapid growth, Instacart enlisted us to build their new office in the heart of Liberty Village. Their goal with the new space was twofold: to attract and retain talent while embodying their core values of humbleness and quality.

The playful, yet functional design attributes are intended to make the Instacart office a destination for the city’s best and brightest. A suspended acoustic panel ceiling will provide sound attenuation below the 20-foot ceilings as well as a design feature in the common corridors of the space. The main floor accommodates both client facing space as well as office space and will house approximately 200 people. With a variety of open and closed meeting spaces, phone booths, and even an industrial strength cargo net for staff meetings.

The scope of work extends to two entrances and their associated signage and way finding and minor refresh on the landlord’s gym area which is approximately 1000 square feet.
