Jackman Reinvents selected mform as the construction manager to facilitate the pre-construction of their downtown Toronto facility, which houses over 100 staff members. This headquarters would include renovations of their ground floor, kitchen, meeting rooms, reception and washrooms.

In this occupied brick and beam space, mform employed several measures to mitigate potential risks for both the Client and neighboring tenants. With a thoughtful approach, mform completed the build-out and ensured that there were no lingering issues.

The experience was so collaborative and rewarding that Jackman Reinvents partnered with mform once again to complete their expansion project.
