Working as a collaborative partner with Gensler and Ellington, mform was engaged to lead the critical preconstruction phase to ensure seamless implementation.

This was a unique project due to the challenge presented by the Pan Am Games as our building permit was released three weeks late. With no option to extend the schedule, the mform team worked diligently to build out two floors in the limited timeframe of 11 weeks. Exceptional teamwork, communication and experience trumped mitigating circumstance and the results were incredibly positive.

The result was a positive experience that met the project’s expectations while coming in under budget.
