Northeastern University is a leading US research institution with a strong global alumni network. In order to facilitate their online Masters program, and to provide local alumni with a state of the art networking hub, Northeastern selected and fit out a 7,500 SF suite in Toronto’s Financial District.

With a sleek design created by the team at Perkins+Will, mform Construction Group acted as construction manager for the curated fit out of the space. Collaborating with CBRE as a third-party project manager, mform expedited the aggressive schedule to ensure the move-in date was met. The multi-faceted space allows for lectures, events, and community engagement in an environment that mimics the collaborative offices of today’s workplace. The project is a great testament to mform’s ability to communicate critical project information to a remote Client, with outstanding results.
